On February 11-12, the Inaugural UCT Winter Hockey Festival for special hockey athletes with intellectual and
physical disabilities will be held at Ottawa Park Ice Rink in Toledo. Hockey teams from Michigan, Missouri, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and the District of Columbia will be represented. Festival admission is free.
UCT is a longtime supporter of individuals with intellectual disabilities. Through our partnership with the American Special Hockey Association (ASHA) we’re helping to promote special hockey nationally and locally. The UCT Winter Hockey Festival is designed to support this effort by providing special athletes a unique opportunity to play hockey outdoors. Come out to watch as these athletes hit the ice!
The festival runs from 9 a.m. – 9 p.m. on February 11 and 9 a.m. – 12 noon on February 12. Ottawa Park Ice Rink is located near The University of Toledo at 2200 Bancroft at Ottawa Parkway in Toledo
